What's inside

Five things, one Trek.

Everything you need to coordinate a trip with friends — and none of the bloat of running five group chats and a spreadsheet.

Live location

See where everyone is, in real time, on a private map your Trek can't leave behind. Mute yourself per-trek anytime.

Splits, simplified

Track shared expenses in any currency. We net out who owes who at the end so it's three payments instead of thirty.

Plan, together

Flights, hotels, dinners, transfers — every stop in one shared itinerary, sorted by day, exportable to Calendar.

Trip photos

One shared gallery for the whole Trek. Everyone can download the shots, so the good ones don't get lost in DMs.

Group chat

One chat for the whole crew, right next to the map and the plan. Date dividers keep yesterday's messages easy to find.

How it works

Three steps. Then you're on the trip.

No setup ceremony. Create a Trek, share the code, go.

01 · Start

Create a Trek

Name it, optionally set the dates. Default currency picked from your profile, override per-expense whenever.

02 · Invite

Share the code

Every Trek gets a short invite code. Send it to your crew — text, signal, whatever. They join in one tap.

03 · Trek

Live the trip

Drop pins for meetups, log expenses as you go, share photos. At the end, your Recap card is ready to share.

Questions

Quick answers.

Is Trekr free?
Yes. The core app — Treks, location sharing, splits, plan, chat, photos — is free. We may add a small Pro tier later for power-user features, but the essentials stay free for everyone.
Do I need to share my location all the time?
No. Location is per-Trek and you can toggle it off in Trek settings whenever. Trekr only reads your location while you're actively using the app, and it's never shared outside the Treks you choose to be in.
What about Android?
Trekr is iOS-only at launch so we can ship a tight, native experience. Android is on the roadmap. To sign up for updates, email hello@trekrapp.com and we'll let you know when it's ready.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Everything you've personally added — profile, expenses you created, photos you uploaded, messages, location history — gets permanently removed. Shared Treks you joined stay alive for the other members; your contributions are anonymized.
Can I import from Splitwise?
Yes — export your Splitwise group as a CSV and import it into a Trek. We'll show you a mapping screen so you can match each Splitwise name to the right Trek member before anything's imported.
